Williams Amusements, Towyn, UKThis park can be found next to the Tir Prince Racecourse. It is only here for the summer, however the coasters are here but not operating for the rest of the year. The rest of the rides travel with William's Fair. The park is quite cheap at 50p a token, with most of the big rides such as Venom costing 3 tokens. As the park is more of a fair it isn't themed but it is kept fairly clean and tidy. The park had a reasonable ride balance, families certainly have enough to do although thrillseekers may get bored. I only made a whistle stop visit to the park so I didn't sample the park food. It did smell nice however. The park layout isn't bad considering it's a fair, access to the rides is quick and easy. Glance at the Park As mentioned earlier, I didn't spend very long at this park. I would have liked to stay longer if I could but time was pressing and I had to leave. Therefore I skipped the flat rides in favour of the rollercoasters, and as such I think it's only fair if I only cover them in detail. Both the rollercoasters are not that bad, they don't disappoint like some but then again they don't exceed expectations. Venom doesn't look like much but it is pleasently fun. This powered rollercoaster also has the most theming of the entire park. Unfortunately this seems to consist of a bathtub in the middle of the layout, disney quality theming it isn't. The ride can be slightly rough in places, mainly because the seatbelt restraints don't prevent you from slamming into the sides of the car. The other rollercoaster is the imaginatively named Z40 Rollercoaster. It is a bog standard Pinfari Z40 design on top of a building which gives it some extra height. The other oddity on this ride is that it only runs one car, and unusually for this ride design the car is fitted with over the shoulder restraints. In addition, when I was there the back row of the car was filled with water tanks preventing it's use. Had the ride been busy, this could have severely effected throughput. While this is a standard design, it is still fun with good pops of airtime, maintaining the Z40 as my favourite of the Zyclon model's, although that’s not saying much Finally briefly mentioning the flat rides, while I didn't ride them I did spot a Zamperla Telecombat, a Miami, Dodgems and a Go Kart track.
